Little York Villas is a residential community where some tenants have lived for many years and appreciate the helpfulness of the on-site manager. However, there are concerns about insufficient parking space. Residents who do not have cars find it difficult to park and unload groceries or other items due to tenants with multiple vehicles occupying designated parking spots. This lack of available parking creates challenges for residents without personal cars, making everyday tasks and errands more difficult.
This place is amazing there is a bus stop too a very nice school located on the side of the apartment my friend lives here and whenever I went there it was super welcoming and secured it had a password to get in so no worry about intruders and it had a park nearby for kids!
There's no parking space for people who do not have a car to drive there's nowhere to park or get out the car with groceries or going to the doctor's office most Apartments tenants have three carsin the same house it's not fair for people who doesn't have a car all take all the parking spaceAlso they all want park in the same spot of the three parking space is taking up three cars then in the same apartment it's not fair for people who can't come in their apartment and don't have a place to park when all the other tenants have three or four cars in the same parking spot well this is not CarMaxOr echo parking this is a residence for all people who need parking space to...read full review
