Little York Villas is a residential community where some tenants have lived for many years and appreciate the helpfulness of the on-site manager. However, there are concerns about insufficient parking space. Residents who do not have cars find it difficult to park and unload groceries or other items due to tenants with multiple vehicles occupying designated parking spots. This lack of available parking creates challenges for residents without personal cars, making everyday tasks and errands more difficult.
Hi, I’ve been living here for a year and a half, and the building I’m in still doesn’t have a number. I noticed that new numbers have been put up on all the buildings except mine, and it’s very frustrating when I order things and the delivery drivers can’t find the building. Is this the only building that doesn't get one?
I’ve had a great experience living here. The community is peaceful, the property is well maintained, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and I appreciate the effort they put into keeping the apartments and common areas clean. Overall, it has been a comfortable place to call home.
I recently visited Las Villas Apartments and had a wonderful experience. The Assistant Property Manager, Laura, was extremely helpful, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. She took the time to give me a thorough tour of the property and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness.
Laura made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit, and I truly appreciated the attention and care she provided.
