Great gym. Fantastic instructors and great fitness clases like Xtreme with Julie Nichols or Strike with Michelle. It’s the best way to stay in perfect shape. Very cool outdoor pool area with hot tub for the winter. They just added some really fancy massage chairs.Great for families to have every working on the same place without the need to drive each kid to a different spot.
I loved this gym above all else but it is no longer up to par...the parking lot broke my car glass there are no cameras ? no one is responsible, I lost valuable things and the security doesn't know anything and no one saw anything they should put cameras on all floors have better security or make different parking for only gym members
The sound level of the music that is played in the facility is deafening. Nothing helps - not earplugs, nor noise cancelling earbuds. Guys, noise pollution is unhealthy! Comparing to Greenway, it is much more tiresome environment because of the decibels.
