Everything was perfect. I requested a custom arrangement with delivery next day. I described my preferences and general feel for the bouquet and they got it right, even better than I could have imagined. I say bouquet, but this was a whole lot more (size and flowers). The design, flowers, service, attention to detail, delivery, all were absolutely top rate! I'm never going to another florist in Houston again, this one convinced me with just 1 order.
Very good at responding to email. Flowers got me out of the dog house. She was thrilled. I do wish they had a phone number I could call to get in touch with them, none of their phone numbers worked.
They worked with me for an order i’ve started about 3 months ago. I worked with Selena, not only was she kind but she’s patient with me and very supportive. The finished product was exactly what I asked for. Once again Thank you Selena and absolutely would recommend their services.
