Had pipes burst in several places after the freeze in February. Leak Locators were the only plumber that actually answered the phone during This crisis. They were able to come out in about a week after I first contacted them. Pretty good response time considering so many people had burst pipes at this time. They sent out two younger guys, for can't remember their names. They did a great job, they were very thorough. After replacing three sections of pipe & turning the water back on, they checked all the faucets, showers and toilets for proper operation. Good job!

Excellent service! My mother's hot water heater needed to be replaced BEFORE the winter storm so after things thawed out, she hadn't had a bath in over a week. I told Mr. Davidson about my situation and he had someone out in two days. This despite the heavy load on plumbers at the time. The plumbers were quick, professional, friendly, followed COVID19 precautions, wore shoe coverings over the carpet, and did a great installation. All at a VERY fair price. These are your go-to guys!
