Called Leaf Filter & Gutters on a Thursday morning, made an appointment for the same afternoon at 5 for a quote. Ashley Walkes arrived on time, provided a fair quite and set up an appointment for the next morning. The installers too arrived timely, installed the gutters, connecting to the french drain. Very happy, they did an outstanding job, left things cleaner than they found it. About 25 minutes after they left, it started pouring down raining and the gutters worked PERFECTLY. Lynn came out on a Friday evening to help evaluate my gutter issue. I thought it was just a matter of a missing piece but she thoroughly explained the design flaw (which absolutely makes sense given material balances and fluid dynamics!!) and how the company would go about fixing it. She was so sweet, polite, and informative to get me a good quote and fix the issue. Work has not been completed yet but it was a very pleasant sales/service call and interaction.
