Scheduled a warranty repair with a 12–4pm window and drove 50 miles to be there. The technician showed up and left without waiting for me, and when I called, I was just told I’d need to reschedule — no apology, no accountability. The manager I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful about the whole situation.
If you’re relying on this company for warranty service, be careful, a no-show is bad enough, but a technician not even waiting the appointment window, plus zero customer service to make it right, is unacceptable.

My builder said I had to use this company if I wanted to add anything electrical in my home as to keep the 1 yr warranty. I’ve called 4 times and been told someone would call me back with pricing and availability and no one has called me back! If they are this unprofessional and unorganized with just quotes I can’t imagine getting actual work from them done in my home.

Whoever drives the business van was on my ass in a school zone this morning 9/5 on fry rd. As soon as we got out of the school zone he switched lanes without a blinker and was driving wreckless at 6:40 in the morning! Make it make sense!
