This was my first experience with Kona and I have to say that they are fantastic! Maria made scheduling my appointment so easy and was even able to have the technician come earlier than the original set time. The technician, Chris, was a rock star! I was not home when he arrived - but, my dad walked him through the issues. Chris called me three times to ask questions and to address any additional concerns. The level of service from start to finish is Top Tier.
Kona really saved us. Our toilet wasn’t flushing correctly and we had 1 hour before new guests were arrive at our short term vacation home. They came out quickly, changed out the part and were on their way in the nick of time. Thanks Kona!
