I was struggling to lose weight for about 2 months. I was exercising 3 hours a day minimum and eating pretty much just kale shakes chicken and salad everyday without losing a pound. About 4 months ago I had my first appointment at Kingwood Health and Wellness. At this appointment I did their hormone therapy and weight loss program. Since then I have lost 40 pounds! I have been doing the intermittent fasting and it has worked wonders paired with getting my thyroid hormone to the levels they are supposed to be at and exercising regularly. Here are my before and after pictures for reference! I would definitely recommend Kingwood Health and Wellness! If you truly believe you are doing all the right things and still struggling to lose weight their might be a reason and they can help you figure it out.
