Such a great experience. As a girl who loves her nails short with shellac, this salon is a dream! Lots of shellac options, friendly/professional, and quick! Make sure to make an appointment on their Instagram.
UPDATE. I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 only because I spoke with Oscar, the owner, over the phone. He apologized and refunded my deposit which I truly appreciate. I deleted the details of my experience but suggest you schedule your appointments for days and times the owners are on site. Oscar was receptive and respectful of my concerns and promised to address them.
Please note, and this is a landlord issue not Kim’s, there are no handicap spaces or ramps in this commercial center.
I called first and was told of a good time to arrive. I was seen quickly after my arrival. I was treated with great respect. My technician was knowledgeable and professional. Even though we spoke different languages, she made sure I understood the questions and needs through an interpreter. I felt at ease as she worked. Hygiene was a key for her.
I have found a new home for my pedicure needs.
