Debbie, the owner of Kharisma, has been doing my hair for over 40 years. I love her! This salon is full of professional, talented, and capable staff and stylists. I wouldn't go to anyone else for cuts, perms, color, or styling.

Had my Japanese Hair Straightening done with Vikki and she did an amazing job. For reference I have Type 3B curls and super frizzy. My hair now is super smooth, shiny, no curls, no frizz even in this high humidity Houston climate. I highly recommended Vikki and as an added bonus she is the sweetest and most personable stylist. I just saw Beth Minardi at Kharisma salon for a corrective color and she totally nailed it. I knew I would be in good hands as Beth is one of the most renowned colorists of our generation.
