We had a new A/C install that suddenly shut off with no indication of a problem. Aaron located the cut-out switch that was loose and corrected the issue in only a few minutes. We are very pleased.
Very good work, very professional and on time ... Also kept work area clean ... Nixon is an amazing technician, I felt comfortable with him in my home. He was respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, he goes above and beyond, and he made me laugh. He knew options for me in my situation and advised me on recommendations without pressure. I highly recorded John Moore and if you get to work with Nixon you won’t be disappointed.
Update Gilbert & Devin did work as well and they were also very professional & friendly. Every John Moore staff I’ve met have been extremely knowledgeable!
