Fantastic job all around, especially with the hot water heater deciding to die on New Year's Eve. Two separate appointments on New Year's Day, including a new hot water heater installation. Everyone came within their appointment window, and John, Cody and Dalen were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I've always been happy with John Moore when we've used them previously and today was no exception.

2/13: different issue with our Generac whole house generator. Ryan with John Moore was also great. Came within the appointed time window, was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Henry was an exceptional service representative representing John Moore Services. He was thorough, efficient, and professional as he analyzed our air conditioning issues. I was very impressed with the time he took to explain his findings and explained items completely so I understood all the information. Henry is a terrific technician and should be commended for it. Felipe was one of the most outstanding techs I’ve ever worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable in what was needed and completed the work needed very quickly He didn’t hesitate a moment on perfect execution of the work. .
