Alvaro seemed efficient and he maintained a professional demeanor while completing his work. I only gave a 4 since the company stated he was dispatched and tracker stated he would arrive in about 20 minutes. He showed up 35 minutes after this time.

Jedd was AWESOME! Called when he was on his way. Very professional and courteous. He took time to explain everything in detail to me about my breaker box issue. I recommend John Moore Electrical Services and if you can request Jedd. He's an awesome representative. Molina, in the office is awesome as well.

The plumber, Ricardo, was excellent. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. He is courteous, considerate, polite, knowledgeable, and just very nice. I would ask for him again.Service: HVAC system repair
