About three months ago, I brought a new battery for my key fob. Unfortunately, it stopped working just as I was entering the hospital. When my son couldn’t locate the original receipt, he returned to the store to purchase a new one. TheIB employee was not only courteous but he also replaced the defective battery for free, no questions asked. Thank you, Interstate Battery!

Fast and easy Service. I came around 1pm on a Wednesday. No one was there, walked in told them my battery was dead, and they checked my voltage on my vehicle and called it good. In and out in less than 20 minutes.

Service is always great, staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Inventory is also well maintained, I have found the batteries I need every time. I also like that since most of the batteries we use are internal UPS batteries, I can bring the UPS, replace the battery on the spot and test it right away to verify all works before I leave the store.
