I’m incredibly disappointed. Dr. Achari was my absolute favorite doctor I’ve ever worked with. After trying multiple neurologists and having terrible experiences, I finally found someone who genuinely listened, cared, and made me feel like I had someone in my corner.

Unfortunately, I lost access to her because of an insurance dispute. When I recently reached out hoping to get re-established with her, the response from the administrative team was incredibly disappointing. Mary and Paul were flippant and dismissive and barely tried to hide it, and I essentially felt like I was being told to go elsewhere but with no help of determining where else to go...read full review
