Deborah is hands-down the most knowledgeable massage therapist I’ve ever been to. Her expertise in myofascial release and trigger point therapy is exceptional. She doesn't just give a relaxing massage; she actively works to correct underlying issues. She has an intuitive touch that seems to know exactly where the tension is hiding. I’ve struggled with tight muscles for years, but Deborah is one of the first therapists to actually provide lasting relief rather than just temporary relaxation.
I have been seeing Deborah for well over a year now, and she has been integral to managing my chronic pain conditions. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body, as well as exercise and nutrition, and provides holistic and comprehensive treatment that ensures that I’m able to manage my own pain outside the office. She is up to date on research and is constantly reading new journals and articles to improve her practice. I have been able to return to a more active lifestyle since working with her. I see her for TRUE trigger point therapy. I had no idea the places I had been like Massage Envy or Hand & Stone that offered similar practices were not ACTUALLY performing trigger point until I went to see Deb. It was an eye opener to say the least, and she has helped me so much. I feel 100% better since I started seeing her regularly.
