I see her for TRUE trigger point therapy. I had no idea the places I had been like Massage Envy or Hand & Stone that offered similar practices were not ACTUALLY performing trigger point until I went to see Deb. It was an eye opener to say the least, and she has helped me so much. I feel 100% better since I started seeing her regularly.

Being a reasonably serious runner of 38 years, having someone who is knowledgeable about running and the things we can do to our body is crucial as we age. And Deborah brings that to the table - all puns intended! I am keenly aware her expertise and experience are an integral part of why I continue to run regularly and comfortably. Plus I know when I do push boundaries there is a route back.
Deborah is truly incredible! I came to her after weeks of intense lower back and hip pain. I was in tears daily, walked with a limp, and couldn’t sit for more than 5 mins without shooting pain. Deborah was super attentive, very well educated, and worked literal magic on me. Within 24 hours of seeing her i was comfortably taking low dose ibuprofen- no muscle relaxers or prescription pain meds. She did what a medical doctor, chiropractor, stretching, icing/heat, and prescription meds couldn’t do for me… she gave me relief. I’d recommend her to anyone that just can’t figure out what to do or where to go.
