They offer great customer service and a quick response, which now in days is very much appreciated. Had an unknown leak in my attic and they came out and fixed it without any up charging or hidden fees.

Great service. Very clean and professional and communicated very well. Use them often and frequently recommend them to my customers! They did a great job changing out my kitchen faucet and fixing a shower drain issue for me. Will definitely use them again in the near future.

Called HRQ on a Thursday, because I noticed my base board near the bathtub showed signs of water damage. They came Friday, well within the time frame given. They also called about 45 minutes prior to showing up, to say they were on the way an would be there in 45 minutes. The van was well marked to show they were with the company. There were two techs. Both were quiet, but very nice and professional. They spotted the problem and fixed it quickly, plus installed a faucet for the tub, I had purchased.
