David Hicks is the only plumbing service I trust. And Oscar is phenomenal. I had 5 other plumbers come to my home and none were able to solve the problems until I got Oscar. He was able to trouble shoot, think ahead, and he is the only person who was able to solve my specific issues. He explained everything as he worked his way through my issues, was open and honest, and kind. I will only use David Hicks for plumbing issues. You will be pleased if you ask for Oscar! And Becca who answered the phone each and every time I called was so kind and understanding.
From start to finish, we have been so pleased with Ian and Jacob from David Hicks Plumbing. He has answered hundreds of questions and explained every single step of the repair process. He’s been kind, professional, and extremely trustworthy. We used Ian for a leak on our plumbing in guest shower, and now plan to use Ian again for our primary bathroom as well. Had a leaking faucet along with the shutoff valve and called one of the "big names" who gave me a $1500 estimate to replace everything. DH came out and just tightened things up, only a $125 service charge. Thanks!
