I am sorry to have to leave a bad review. Alfredo came to my house to look at the painting job. He seemed friendly, took pictures, and talked a nice talk. But now a few weeks have passed, and I am yet to get a quote. I have called him 3-4 times requesting a quote and each time he promises to get me the quote immediately but does not deliver on his promise. I have texted him multiple times as well and he does not respond.If a contractor promises to deliver something as simple as a quote multiple times to a customer and does not deliver, it is difficult to trust the performance of the contractor when the actual work will start. This has been such a huge waste of my time.

We had Alfredo and his crew at HPP complete several projects at our house, primarily a full kitchen and bathroom remodel, as well as some electrical work, redo a mudroom, and install a new tank less water heater. Alfredo was extremely professional, communicated well, and the quality of the work was outstanding. He was extremely attentive and was very concerned about the workmanship and making sure we were happy with the process. He was very open and patient with our changes.
