Excellent customer service and beautiful arrangements! After contacting this shop with questions and needing an arrangement delivered “same day”, I was sent options to choose from. I was able to text the card wording and delivery instructions and complete payment over the phone.

Customer service is spot on! I ordered flowers for my sister who was at UTMD Anderson for a Monday delivery. Found out Tuesday that they hadn't made it to her yet. Called HMCF to check on it and Jenny tracked the flowers down for me. My mistake, I put my sister's married name on the card vs. her maiden name which is what she was registered under. Jenny was able to get that fixed and the flowers made it to my sisters room. The flowers were beautiful, but different from what was shown on the website - which i understand and it is mentioned when placing the order. I just really liked what was on the website.
