Updated this review to 3 stars since the cleaners were understanding about what they did to the sleeping bags and fully reimbursed me the cleaning fee. Plus I’ve taken clothes here many times and they have been very good about getting out any stain. However, they did put a big rip in an expensive Marmot sleeping bag l, plus the down was all messed up and it SMELLED AWFUL. They had assured me they knew how to wash these and would not dry them. Plus they put a huge rip in the Coleman sleeping bag I picked up at the same time. Maybe don’t take sleeping bags here.

I called and got quoted a very fair price for my dry cleaning and they had it ready the next day for even less than what they quoted me originally.very professional staff.I don’t use dry cleaning service much but if I need to again it will definitely be here.👍

Have used them often over the past 4.5 years since moving to the Heights. Have always appreciated the kind ladies that work there and the friendly service. I've dropped off hundreds of items and often large loads over the years, with few issues, outside the random broken button or few dry cleaned items I wanted laundered... These things happen. But, before COVID I dropped a few dress shirts and mysteriously, there was a blue dye that had bled on them somehow. When I approached they seemed genuinely concerned and baffled. They agreed to rework the items and got most of the blue out of the shirts, except one. I appreciated their efforts and had far worse happen through...read full review
