What are the chances? Better to play it safe than sorry? Eduardo came out and gave me an estimate. It wasn't the highest and it wasn't the lowest, but I felt like I was getting a good deal with a reputable company. And as it turns out, I'm so glad I did. When cutting and grinding two huge trees from top to bottom, everyone always wants things to go flawlessly, but you just never know. Two unexpected minor issues occurred and although it was not the greatest feeling at the time, I'd like to say that Eduardo and his guys stepped up the plate. I’m sorry it has taken me so long to write this review. These guys are awesome!!! They saved a huge oak tree that we wanted taken down. They took down a pecan tree that scared us with every storm we had. They sent me pictures of progress as they worked. And they left our yard cleaner than it has probably been in years!!!! We are truly grateful for their hard work. We are actually enjoying our backyard again. I wasn’t sure we would ever that would be possible. My husband sits back there and smiles when looking up at the tree instead of frowning trying to figure out what to do with it. Thank you for your help and for saving our beautiful tree!!!! We had a great experience with this tree service! They trimmed several of our tall palms, worked efficiently, and left our yard spotless after cleaning and mulching the palm fronds. The customer service was friendly also. I highly recommend them!
