Customers love the amazing floor and carpet, and the staff is patient and supportive throughout the entire process. The showroom is well-stocked, and the service is excellent from start to finish.
Paola was extremely professional, responsive, and dedicated throughout the entire process. She personally came to our property before the installation to ensure everything was planned correctly and returned afterward to walk the site and make sure we were completely satisfied with the completed work. Came in on a random weekday morning and had the pleasure of meeting Colby. He’s definitely got a wealth of knowledge regarding all things flooring + the patience to share and explain it without all the annoying sales tactics or pressure. He walked me through every flooring option relevant to what my husband and I were looking for to replace all the carpet with in our new home and even provided on the spot ballpark estimates and encouraged me to take flooring samples, which I did! We visited several flooring stores during our project, and Flooring Warehouse was definitely the most welcoming. They have a great selection and knowledgeable and genuinely friendly staff. What we most liked was the relaxed atmosphere—there was no pressure or pushy sales tactics, just helpful guidance. Since choosing new flooring is a significant investment and can require time to consider all the options, we appreciated their patience and support throughout the process.
