About First Boutique Nails
First Boutique Nails is a nail salon in Houston that offers high-quality services, with a relaxing and clean atmosphere. The technicians are praised for their attention to detail and accommodating nature. Anna and June are specifically mentioned as standout technicians, with Anna described as sweet and helpful. The salon offers a range of services, including manicures, pedicures, and gel polish, at affordable prices. The massage chairs and paraffin wax treatments are also highlights of the services provided. However, there have been some issues with upselling and providing accurate pricing information over the phone. The cleanliness of the salon is generally praised, but there have been some concerns about the sanitation of certain items, such as the grimy and sticky menu. The pedicure services are well-regarded, with technicians working hard to accommodate customers' needs, such as removing ingrown toenails. However, the massages have been criticized for being rushed and not providing enough attention to areas of pain or discomfort. The salon's customer service has been both praised and criticized. While the technicians are friendly and helpful, there have been issues with overly aggressive upselling and inaccurate pricing information. Additionally, the salon's policy of guiding customers to their cars and removing foam slippers has been described as strange and unsanitary. Overall, First Boutique Nails is a nail salon that offers high-quality services at affordable prices. However, there are some concerns about the salon's customer service and sanitation practices that may be worth addressing.
