A bedroom on the second floor (that we rarely use) was significantly damaged due to water escaping the AC overflow pan. The ceiling collapsed and flooded the walls, floor, and furniture.A Fire Reconstruction estimator visited our home once; he took detailed measurements and photos of the damage. Four weeks later, the ceiling was repaired, the walls and floor (laminate) replaced; ceiling fans were re-installed, furniture moved back into the room, blinds were re-hung, and the room and nearby areas cleaned by a very professional house cleaning crew.Not once did I have to suggest something that I thought had to be done; this amazing group of people did everything I would...read full review
