Wait time for walk in is crazy I waited almost 3 hours but its understandable and i cant complain because the staff was incredible with my kitten and gave him a treat and explained what was being done and what couldnt be done. Overall the vet was really nice and made me feel at ease after a previous visit at a different vet that didn't go as well. That previous vet felt rushed and like they just wanted money whereas here they seemed more helpful
My yellow lab, Buster, got a pretty bad cut under his eye so I took him here. They were very quick, caring, and went over all costs before doing anything. They allowed me to take off certain services that I felt weren't necessary to reduce the cost. They were able to sedate him, fix his cut, and have him woken up and back to me in a little over 30 minutes.
The doctors and team here are amazing people. My cat Agapi was diagnosed with Pyometra by them, requiring emergency surgery. When we could not afford the surgery with them, they immediately got us into contact with a vet we could afford! They truly care about pets and their parents, not money. God bless you all, thank you for your help saving my girl! They even texted me just to check on us both! I can't remember the doctors name unfortunately, I was such a mess, but Krystal and James were my points of contact and followed up.
