I experienced once incident where the vet techs provided me an informational pamphlet and then verbally contradicted almost everything in the pamphlet. They got really defensive and rude when I questioned the stark differences between their verbal and written instructions. Other than that one interaction the doctor has always been quite thorough and informative and maintained a professional demeanor.
Been coming here for a while with my shihtzu. Service is fine, but cost is up there a little. When you go for followup, you are charged like new exam fees, etc., like it is first time.
I have being going to Gulfgate Animal Hospital for over 20 years. I knew the original vet before he retired. I took my pomeranian in because he had an infection .The staff was so patient and caring because my dog is never a happy camper and very temperamental . The vet team was able to calm him down and give him is injection to treat his injured paw.
