I have been taking Pilates with Paulina for several years, and she is outstanding! She is an instructor to instructors (and travels locally, nationally, and internationally to train other instructors) —the Leonardo Da Vinci of Pilates (and gyrotonics)! I really do not believe you will find a better Pilates instructor in all of Houston.
They will fix you. Every time I go, I hear that Coldplay song in my head "I Will Fix You". There are times that I've gone in there and my upper back, neck, and shoulders were all screwed up. They fixed it all!
Personable staff, super clean facility, knowledgeable employees that work specifically for what YOUR body needs. No cookie cutter programs for healing, but rather specific and customized for you. Highly recommend.
