Dr. Chandralatha Thota was extremely caring about the patients. She handled my mom very well who is 74 years old.. I am impressed with her knowledge and understanding of each patient’s situation and handling as their home doctor. She does take longer than usual time to visit you but it’s worth the wait. Respect her age and do not complain. It’s amazing on how fluently she speaks Spanish to help serve the community around this doctor’s office. She still speaks her native Telugu language very well which is majorly spoken in South India. Her office staff did great job in accommodating the needs of the patients. People if you go to any other place you are also going to wait! These doctors come in every day to provide services to their patients and everyone’s treatment is different then others so don’t expect to rush to treatment when you don’t have any idea what is going on in next room! I have respect for doctors who have earned the knowledge to care for others
Yes the wait is long like any hospital or clinic despite all that Dr Thota has always been there for my family and I, She is real informative and gets straight to the facts of our Medical issues. I will continue to take my kids for any medical concerns I may have💖
