Customers have had clothes done on time with very high quality, even getting very starched jeans to stand up in the corner. The business provides on site cleaning and same-day press for garments, with super courteous staff. They are praised for coming through during the pandemic, helping with wash and fold despite not typically offering it, and taking all precautions. One customer brought a comforter and they did exactly what was said at the agreed cost. However, there was an issue where a pair of pants came back creased despite a request for no crease, with the tag saying the same. Despite this, many appreciate that Dry Clean Planet runs like a small community business, and customers continue to be proud this place is in the community.
