I had an excellent experience here! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, taking the time to listen to my specific needs. My clothes were cleaned to perfection, with even the toughest stains completely gone. The turnaround time was impressively fast, and the prices were very reasonable for the high-quality service provided. The store itself was clean and well-organized, making the whole experience hassle-free. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to all my friends and family!

I dropped my tux off and asked for dry clean. Despite dropping it off for dry cleaning they washed it. This ruined the form of the tux and caused damage as well. They did disclose to me that the black ink of the pocket had seeped into its surroundings. This was not a big deal and at first sight the tux looked fine. After taking it home and trying it on since they washed it the sleeves had come apart, certain parts were crooked, and overall the suit did not look like it did before. Now I have to get it steamed and pressed to try to recover some of the old form. Also I have to pay extra to tailor the sleeves that came apart.

I dropped off a weighted blanket and leather jacket just to be cleaned. I picked them up yesterday and my blanket smells like a vacuum. Which is disappointing because this place was quite pricey.
