I was feeling pretty content with Discount cleaners, until I recently picked up a garment that was supposed to have been cleaned but was returned to me still dirty. Once I paid I inspected the garment prior to leaving the shop, and found the stain that I wanted removed still on the front of the dress.

The Clerk took it back an recleaned it in order to remove said stain.

I believe in giving chances, and as long as the business is willing to work with me to get things done properly, I'm a loyal customer.
