Genie started out responsive and professional and I specifically was told that she and another braider would be doing my hair. She scheduled my appointment for 7am and I arrived at 645 am and informed her I was there. She stated she was almost there I messaged her 40 minutes later cause she still hadn't arrived and she stated she had to pick up her other braider and she was 5 min away. Genie arrived at 733 am and another client was also waiting she started on the other client not me another young lady started on me. they did not do my hair how i ask i was very unhappy i told the people i was unhappy then told me they would fix it & when i ask when told me to talk to a manager 15min later say she is the manager & goes back & forward ? to the point i just want my money back

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! Great service, very friendly and clean. The price quoted was exactly what was charged.My hair came out perfect!!! I will never get my hair braided by anyone else. Great experience.Services: Braids
