“Fantastic Carpet Services really lived up to their name! This was by far the best experience we’ve ever had with cleaning our bedroom carpets. We were preparing for last minute house guests when we noticed that the bedroom carpet looked very bad with old pet stains and water stains from where we had previously tried to clean it ourselves. My expectations were pretty low since the carpet is old and badly stained. But Jim really worked miracles and it ended up looking great. I honestly couldn’t believe how much better the carpet looked. PREVIOUS: Entered into contract with Unique about a month ago for some substantial work to be completed in our home--Work hasn't begun yet so will update after it is done, but chose them because they were one of the more professional of the quotes received. They were one of the higher quotes but not the highest and reasonable considering all the work we are getting done. I'll pay a little more for professionalism & quality. Will update after we finish as nothing has been done yet: Initial July start pushed back a month so finish should be October. They've been close to a 5 star company up to this point.“
