“I'm just beginning the process after almost a year of trying to decide what area of the city I prefer. My first visit to Cervelle was impressive. Kathi gave us a lot of information and Chris let us look around at finished construction to get a better feel for the floorplans. As to the majority of the negative comments I've seen online regarding Cervelle: 1) race - I'm not a person of color so I can't speak to that experience; 2) professionalism - everyone I've ever spoke with at Cervelle has been the consummate professional, on the phone and in person. They aren't flashy - no big screen monitors to show floorplans, no fancy website or interactive design software - but I'd rather not pay for flash so I'm good with that; 3) amenities - there are no splash pads, fancy playgrounds, community centers, or workout rooms - I don't want to pay for all that, either, so I like that Cervelle has given us a different option. I'll update my review as I go through the process but it looks great so far.“

“Mark at My Handy Craftsman was a pleasure to work with. I needed help with a complicated job with weird hours and he did everything from checking on my order at Home Depot to coming after 6pm to install the cabinets. He was very communicative and helpful and I appreciate his work so much!!“
