The owner is the Agent of CMI Complete Management INC which is registered as the agent for CROSSBEND VILLAGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.She is a board member of the HOA which selected her own book keeping firm as the bookkeeper for the HOA which then fired the previous management services team and now promotes her business as offering both accounting and HOA management services.That is a lot of revenue going to her and her friends and family which has never been voted on.
