Our air went out and they fit us in as soon as they could. The office was quick at communicating (called shortly after I left voicemail) and was detailed in what to expect, etc. The technician was thorough, and professional, and made sure to look at not only the unit itself but other factors impacting the unit. As a young mom by herself for the week, I felt safe, thoroughly addressed and taken seriously.
Jeremiah was incredibly patient and successful. Not only did he diagnose and find solutions, he also provided recommendations for future energy efficient practices. Highly recommended!!!
