Just became a new patient of Dr Downing I was very impressed, took his time to listen and then in the conversation actually found out he went to school with my former dermatologist so that made me really feel even more comfortable.

This office runs like a well oiled machine. The reception staff greets everyone with a smile. Very short waiting period in lobby. Exam room staff again introduces themselves and seems pleased you came. Again short wait until the doctor arrived. He is cordial and thorough. He gives you a chance to ask questions and answers them in language you understand. Very pleased with the entire clinic. You don’t feel like another number.

Excellent experience with Dr. Downing and his staff for my Mohs surgery. I was seen right on time with virtually no waiting, and the entire team was friendly, caring, and professional. Dr. Downing explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Downing and his wonderful staff!
