l have been a long time patient of Dr Sra at the Webster office and she is great! I've always been happy with the staff and the practice manager. Would totally recommend Dr. Sra to any of my friends or anyone looking for a really good dermatologist.

Office staff is clueless, physicians are neglectful. Was called by office staff and told my skin biopsy results were negative - upon requesting records, I clearly read a positive result that I was never treated for.Update - was just contacted by this office immediately after leaving the review, but was unable to get into contact during my care. Please find an office that actually cares about the patients, instead of their image.

I should of read the reviews first. I received medication that wasn't working and making my issue worse. Instead of listening to my issues at our next appointment, Alexander Marzuka wanted to cut me off and just listen to respond than to understand. There was no compassion and he was very short and cut me off twice while speaking. Nice location but a shittyy dermatologist.
