Always knowledgeable and friendly staff from the very first time I ever walked in the door. The staff isn't rude like the competition was, they don't ignore walk-ins, the competition does, don't have problems answering questions for someone who wasn't sure what had to be done in a certain situation, the competition didn't even begin to try to find an answer.This crew knows their customers and they never seem to let the fact that they are the best at what they do go to their heads. Keep it up because of your attention to service and your knowledge of your product you're going to be around long after the competition isn't.

William did an excellent job of customer service and helped me get my equipment ordered and followed up with me when it was available.Other people dropped the ball but he saved the day for us and our customer.

Bought a furnace, coil and cindenser here and wasn't able to fit everything safely in the back of my truck. the guy at the counter came outside and gave me his camouflage tie downs from out of the trunk of his car now that is what I call customer service.
