Ken was very quick to inspect my prospective new home. I noticed some pile ups and was concerned about termites. Upon inspection Ken clarified it was ants and not termites. The turn around time to schedule appointment and completed visited was prompt and quick! I highly recommend Ken when in question call Ken! Did I mention free and no charge to check!

In my case, I had an active dry wood termite infestation. While the first company I contacted recommended whole-house tenting — the “nuclear” option costing thousands of dollars, Ken was practical by looking for reasonable mitigation alternatives.
