The staff offers excellent customer service, treating clients almost like family. They are patient, kind, respectful, and listen to the customer. The braiders are professional and prompt, keeping their work neat and quick regardless of the time of day. They do a variety of braid styles and offer the hair, with a beauty supply store right next door for convenience. The shop has no loud music or TVs, and prices are great. Clients have been coming for years and travel from far away to get their hair done quick and right. It is always a pleasure, and the hard work from the ladies does not go unnoticed.
My experience with these ladies was very welcoming they treated me almost like family my hair what's amazing for my baby shower I will definitely be back

I have been coming to this location for about 6 years now. Since day 1 I’ve received nothing but the best customer service from all of the staff here. The owner is very sweet and understanding. Sylvia did my sew in perfectly exactly how I wanted. Although I was being a bit difficult she was so patient with me, kind, respectful, and kept it very professional . The best salon experience I’ve ever had so far . No matter what the reviews say I know good hearted ppl. Keep doing whatever you’ve been doing ladies. Y’all all are amazing and your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.
