Like the others, they make it a pain to payoff your loan. Been calling them for over a week, I get different answers each time I call. Can't even verify a check has been received. Totally useless bank. 10/10 do not recommend. Run away

They refuse to allow me to payoff loan paid full loan amount and bill me for interest but will not accept direct payment from my bank on $12 worth of interest they claim I own I paid the loan off 3 years early. And they refuse payment on 12 dollars interest what a scam
