Technician was on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. He provided me with answers to my questions and gave me a solution for a small problem we have. I will be calling them back to schedule my next service and to get the extra work done as recommended.

Couldn’t be happier that I called Bi Polar. I trusted a different company but they left me high and dry, taking my money for parts they never came back to install. Bi Polar got me scheduled quickly, the tech was efficient and the issue was fixed in less than 24 hours. I won’t go anywhere else in the future.

I just received a follow-up installation with Bi-Polar from Cristian Garcia at my new home in Austin, Texas. Mr. Garcia was very nice and introduced himself and gave me a brief rundown of what he will be doing today in my home. I have 3 floors and 2-HVAC units. He took the time to not only quickly replace one of them, but he explained how to program both of my units AND had me test the air flow on for all floors. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. (He even was careful to not let my dogs out!!) Thank you very much Cristian Garcia.-Sarah
