Maybe this stylist, Moody, provides great, friendly service for her long time customers. But I didn’t even make it to the appointment before Moody changed the appointment time. She agreed to style my hair outside of normal business hours. I followed her instructions.
She changed the appointment time on the day before because her “cleaning lady was coming ”. I was willing to adjust my day because I was appreciative of her willingness to do my hair, outside of her normal business hours, but it was completely unwarranted for her to be so rude to me.
