When my stepmom passed away right before Christmas 2023 we had no idea what funeral home to use. A family member recommended Juan Arteaga and gave us his number. I can’t tell you what a blessing he has been to our family!! He was so informative with us on what the process and steps were when a loved one passes, he was so very compassionate, he answered every call personally, and went the extra mile to help us get the death certificate signed- her physician was on vacation due to the holidays. He was so respectful of my stepmom and the care he took with her and the cremation. I can’t tell you how amazing this family is and how great the service to us is because it’s beyond words. Thank you Juan and family for helping us to get through such a sad and painful time in our lives- you are a tribute to your profession and we will not forget your kindness and professionalism.
Mr. Arteaga, Diana, and staff were very helpful throughout this whole process. Especially for an international service. They made the process a lot smoother and answered any questions almost immediately. Grateful for all their empathy during these hard days.
We had my sisters memorial here on yesterday and it was beautiful the staff was very friendly and supportive specially Diane thank you so much.
