After lightning struck our 45 year old Shumard Oak, I contacted ArborTrue to have an arborist look at the tree and see if it could be saved. Kerryn, who works in the office, was incredible. She looked at my pictures and scheduled Mario, the arborist, to come view the damage within 24 hours. Mario was incredibly knowledgable and very patiently explained what had happened, and what could be done. He then sent proposals detailing everything and a price. He offered multiple options and explained each of them. I can easily see how Arborture gets the high ratings they do, they deserve them.
Mario and Fabian were great! I had gotten a quote for a different company and they did bare minimum in the consultation and a very expensive quote. Mario on the other hand came prepared gave a thorough analysis, recommendation and guidance. I appreciate how detail he was in his explanation. He was also responsive even after the consultation was finished.
Fabian and crew were also great. Responsive and gave me clear updates when the crew was here and done. Helped give me some insight on spacing as well. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after.
The minor feedback I'd give is for the operations to provide a little more clarity on window of tree scheduling....read full review
Today was the third time I used ArborTrue to trim and fertilize the large live oak tree in my front yard. Gabriella J notified me when the tree trimming crew was on the way ( I scheduled the event in November after Philip came out to provide a quote and we agreed to wait until after the holidays in December due to Christmas Decorations). Eli arrived with his two man crew when promised, greeted me, and explained what process would be followed to complete the tree trimming event. They accomplished the process (including cleanup) within the estimated time of 90 minutes. He answered all my questions and requested my final approval of the job before he left.
