I completed the service repair on your combination washer/dryer on Sunday and the unit was confirmed operational at the time I left. You expressed satisfaction with the repair.

As of today, payment for the completed service has not been received.

This was a scheduled service call requiring approximately 2.5 hours of travel each direction, performed on a weekend, along with vehicle expense and time allocated specifically for your warranty service. As a small business, completed jobs must be paid in a timely manner.

Please contact me to arrange payment. If payment is received, I will update this notice to reflect that the matter has been resolved.

My goodness, this is one of the worst companies that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Do not bother using this site, they are terrible. I do not have time to write a novella about the complete and utter crap i went though to get what i ordered and it was wrong when i got it. Run from this company. AWFUL.

This company is a fraud. They never answered and they wait until your warranty is expired. Then they recommend you a technician that has an address that is in the middle of an expressway and those scammers come to your home, charge $125 per visit and never answered the phone again!!!! And that Lady named June Brooke is aware of that and keeps sending their contact for repairs!!! Unbelievable!!!
