This group is awesome! The office staff are always smiling and helpful and Dr Wafer always gets me in and out in record time. My overall back health has improved over the past 3 years that I have been going. I went from going twice weekly to getting aligned when needed. I highly recommend this practice!

I have had a stenosis problem for about 2 years. with no answers for help. Just come into the office for treatment. The pain was so severe it began to effect my sleep, balance of my legs, and yes I needed a shopping cart for the store...
The video showed me how to move the stenosis affected area.
Literally 2 tries and pain was gone but I continues as directed and spent a night without pain and slept well and woke up with no pain!
