He gives a great first impression but over the years he has been very inconsistent. I do believe he is emotionally unstable and suffers from bipolar disorder. He does a great job during his highs but not so great of a job during his lows. He has mostly lows.... His inconsistency over the years has caused heat damage, breakage, and bad hair cuts. He quickly finds and excuse to blame you but considers himself a multicultural master stylist. My hair is a mixed texture due to the diversity of my ancestors. He has made negative comments about my son and I having light complexions. I've even provided several ceramic hair brushes because of his out dated styling tools.His page...read full review
