I can’t say enough great things about this one-of-a-kind belly dancing class. I happily drove 30 min each way for a biweekly sessions I choose because they were absolutely worth it. The energy in the room is incredible, and the group learning environment makes every class feel supportive, fun, and motivating.

Anna is an incredible teacher who genuinely cares about her students’ artistic growth and development, both inside and outside class. She has a magical way of simplifying complex belly dance moves. Her extensive experience and knowledge shine through in every aspect of her teaching, not just the techniques and choreographies but also in sharing the beauty of Egyptian music and rhythms, stage presence, confidence, and the historical and cultural significance of what we learn. I have been attending classes for about 6 weeks. I am enjoying the heck out of it and learning so much fast but efficiently! Just wanted to venture into a hobby and instantly knew that this was going to be it! Ana breaks it down so I can understand what the I am trying to feel in each move. I recommend trying belly dancing with Ana at Ahlam Academy! The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff and other students are great! Yes! You want to do this! Stop considering it and just go for it!
