I wish everything was as straightforward as arranging for help as it was with Ace Handyman. It just took one call and all was arranged. Daniel arrived on time and ready to go. He replaced my smoke detectors and a ceiling fan and did all of the work in under the estimated time. Best of all, the ceiling fan is balanced which is the first time that’s been true for any of fans I have had. I definitely will use them again in the future.
Ryan was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed our attic stairs that had shifted and wouldn't shut properly. He exceeded our expectations and fixed the problem. We will most definitely use Ace Handyman Services again and ask for Ryan anytime we need more carpentry work done again. My husband and I were so impressed, that we will highly recommend Ace Handy Services to everyone!
The price per hour seems high, but I feel like it's worth it with a bonded company and trustworthy handyman. I had a ton of items, like fixing a leaking window, re-hanging doors, fixing a broken sliding door, and sealing up under door gaps, fixing latches and door handles. I feel like the right products (door thresholds, paint, sealants, hinges) were requested and used in my house by a professional who knows what he's doing. I would definitely hire again.
